Enjoyed a spacious room with excellent cupboard space and comfy beds. Breakfast was a highlight, starting early for excursions. Book your dinner in advance to avoid inconveniences. Friendly staff, although the front desk could use more English speakers for better service.

The spa and wellness center is a serene escape featuring a heated swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I indulged in a full body massage that left me feeling renewed and revitalized. The restaurant offered delicious vegetarian options that were flavorful yet reasonably priced, adding a delightful touch to our stay.

No air conditioning in the room led to uncomfortable nights with significant heat, especially given the lack of screens on the windows which attracted bees and pigeons. Noise from hallways and neighboring rooms disrupts sleep, making rest after long days difficult. The dining experience fell short. the restaurant ambiance felt chaotic, with frequent interruptions from guests moving through it, leading to discomfort during meals.

The best part? 🌅 The stunning lake view from our room! The breakfast had many choices, and swimming in the heated pool after a day outside was amazing. Just wish the service at the restaurant was more efficient.

The swimming pool provided a wonderful retreat after freezing days outdoors, while the range of freshly prepared salads at breakfast added a nice touch. However, the rooms felt standard and small, lacking unique character. Breakfast could be improved, as the selections at times were uninspired, and the layout near the lobby created some awkward moments with foot traffic.

the only downside was that it was a bit far from the city center , but the spacious pool area was really nice. also, breakfast was great and the vegetarian options in the restaurant were tasty.

This was just a solid selection for a quick stopover in El Calafate with value for money. The breakfast spread was impressive, especially for those needing to set off on early excursions. Make sure to check the timings for breakfast as it starts early to fit with tours.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like a spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with dining directions, which I remember fondly. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday.
